Mr. Moore provides legal advice on intellectual property and on filing applications for patents and trademark and copyright registrations, as well as related litigation. Some projects include international patent and trademark applications. He retains foreign attorneys and agents to obtain patents and trademark registrations in other countries.
Mr. Moore often works as a member of a team of attorneys, legal assistants,
and support staff within the firm to achieve protection of clients’ intellectual
property. His breadth and extensive experience in intellectual property
issues as well as his technical background are well utilized within the
firm.
