Mr. Urcia's practice concentrates on patent prosecution in all phases of
practice in mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, computer, and
communications technologies, as well as due diligence investigations, patent
infringement/validity opinions, and litigation support. Before joining
Bacon & Thomas in 1988, Mr. Urcia was a patent examiner in the field of
