Mr. Loud has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting U.S.
and foreign patent applications. He has negotiated and drafted licenses of intellectual property, and participated in appeals before the Patent
Offices of the United States, Japan and Europe. His practice also includes the counseling of clients in regard to matters of infringement issues,
validity issues, and related legal opinions. Mr. Loud has been in private practice since 1971.
